 At IGCN, we provide full life cycle Internet development services. Our first step with any project is to identify our clients business needs as they related to the web. With our Strategic Planning and Consulting services, a client can be certain that they are getting the optimal solution that will enhance their business both online and offline.
Once a proposed solution has been mutually agreed upon, a conceptual design is created. Through an iterative process, IGCN works closely with our clients to ensure that all details are identified early in the process, and that the overall solution meets the needs of our client. From this point, solution development begins. Again, throughout this phase of the process, we are in constant contact with the client. We test our solution against the original proposal and detailed specifications, and then provide our client with the opportunity to do the same. Upon client approval, the solution is then implemented. Once development, testing and user acceptance is completed, the client has a warranty period to report any items missed during the testing phase. This the final step to ensure that the solution delivered matches the original offering.
If you choose to have your site hosted with us, we have a variety of options and offerings. We also have maintenance and support packages that provide our clients with consistently excellent customer service, including a 24-hour response to all emails and phone calls, corrections to functional defects, development of agreed to site enhancements, adding, modifying or deleting static content, extended maintenance and operations support, outage recovery support and systems consulting.
