Maintenance and support services are designed to offset the activities that are required for the on-going responsibilities of an advanced web application to keep it current and functionally correct.
For larger and more advanced applications, clients usually do not have the staffing necessary to support important applications and often times prefer having IGCN manage the ongoing maintenance and support of these applications on their behalf.
